Alternative Grains, Inc. is a Northwest jewel in the making. This company started producing gourmet, ready-made gluten free baked goods in 2005. Family owned and operated, AGI grew out of the joy of baking and the need to craft homemade goodness for our own family’s gluten free dietary needs. At that time, it was very difficult to find any ready-made gluten free bakery goods in the local supermarkets. We saw a need and began considering sharing our unique and scrumptious creations. Launching a wholesale bakery business was the next obvious step. We currently service Northwest Washington with a product line of ready-made, frozen bakery goods. This past year we added retail availability to online customers filling the request for our products beyond our local distribution area. At Alternative Grains, the customer is the most important aspect of our business.
